The FPA is open for journalists working for foreign media. To become a member of the FPA you need to provide:
 

• A letter stating that you want to become a member, with all the relevant adresses, email and phonenumbers.

• You should also include a letter of introduction from your editor.

• Two recent examples of your reporting from Norway.

The membership fee is 1200 NOK the first year and 500 NOK the consequitive years.
